Programs?
I started using Paint to do all my Art work, but for about half a year now I've been using Flash.
I just got a new LapTop, and it didn't come with Flash. Until I can get my hands on a copy of it, I'll need something to do my drawings on.
I'd like it to:
Any suggestions?

I'd like it to:
- Not be blocky, like Paint.
- Have Layers which are lockable and hideable.
- Be downloadable from the internet for free.
- Be somewhat easy to use.
Any suggestions?

Re: Programs?
You could get the trial of Flash, right?
If you want, there are some methods to fully activate Flash and lift the limits of the trial.

Re: Programs?
FOR THE LOVE OF -WERT!-!!! GET PAINT.NET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you don't, I will have to wert you with a stick. Neither of us know what that means, and lets avoid finding out :3 .
http://www.getpaint.net/download.html
Its like a simplified version of photoshop. It has layers, transparency, can save in both layered and flattened formats, has many downloadable addons for additional tools, easier to use than any other image program, and its FREEEEEEEE.

Re: Programs?
We're not allowed to talk about getting things for free if they are not free for download by the maker.
And by that I mean we're not allowed to talk about it on the forums.
Anyone who wants to know how I got Flash free - PM me

Re: Programs?
Hypocrite? You can say what you want on your forum, nobody can take it down because it's your own forum
Re: Programs?
Relax, it was a joke.
When I made the forum, Fourmotion told we several things we couldn't do here. We can't talk about things like this >_>

Made this for extra credit in spanish (world language week) in paint.net btw:
The wings didn't come out the way I wanted them too. I was going to do something in photoshop, but it wouldn't work until AFTER I had finished this lol...Also, printer was almost out of ink so the copy I handed in was really bad <_< . And I just realized, I left an outline...damn.
And about photoshop, I'm pretty sure theres an older version that you can get for free legally. I'm not sure though.

Re: Programs?
for 3d modeling, I use milkshape model and misfit model.
Knifey, you know how to use 3ds max? I looked at it for five seconds and went back to misfit model lol. Too complicated. Good for nothing but Halo CE maps and Garrys Mod objects.
