Pixar's "UP"

So I come home from school one day and my mother starts telling me how the dog from the movie UP looks a lot like my dog, Sam.

She mentions this every day for about a week, so we finally decided to rent UP from a DVD place and watch it.




The movie it's self, in my opinion, isn't half bad. It's nicely animated, it's funny and it's pretty interesting. I only have one problem with it...

Near to the start of the movie, the old man (Who isn't that old yet) wants to have a child with his wife, but there's a problem - she's infertile.

Seriously? This is a Disney movie! You can't bring serious problems like being infertile in a DISNEY movie!!!

What did everyone else think of this?

Pixar's working on a new movie. I'll sum it up for you:
It's about frog sex.

That's already out!

There's also a new Toy Story =3

They had frog sex movie before?

The movie's called Newt.
P.S. I know it's not really a frog, but it's easier to understand "frog sex" instead of "newt sex".

I liked up, it was soo cute!

I actually saw Up on my birthday. It was a big deal for Pixar because they showed blood! (the part in The Incredibles doesn't count because that was just a measly cut!)

although when I watched it, I though the baby died in the womb

There was blood. When he hit that guy over the head in the beginning when the mailbox broke off.

This move made me sad =[ . And then made me happy again =D . But then made me sad again =[ .

It was al around awesome. Hey, have the oscars passed?

Speaking of Oscar's, my mom's working on it. She usually times and states when to change the camera angels to the cameramen and editors. She's worked on it before, but it's still pretty cool. Too bad it's closed to the work crew and nominees this time. It would be awesome to go.

Has it passed though??? I wanna see if "Up" won!

No one knows. They just prepare for everything else like setting up and other stuff. The crew doesn't even know until it's time. It's like a vote, and then the people that tally up the votes have to keep it zipped and put the winning nominees in envelopes. I bet Up will win.

So.... I'm assuming that means, no, the oscar have not played on TV yet.

It's on next week, I think.

it took me a moment to get that
