Title Colours

The title of a thread can have it's colour changed. Rather than threads having different title colours because the writer wanted that colour, the colours will have a meaning.
Below are the colours and their corrosponding meaning:
Red - Thread Locked
Dark Red - Thread Unlocked
Orange -
Brown -
Yellow -
Green -
Olive -
Cyan -
Blue - Poll
Dark Blue -
Indigo -
Violet -
White -
Black -
Not every colour has a meaning yet, so check back later.
